If your business is taking care of lawns, start with a big tutorial about lawn care. Explain the possibilities, what the choices are, how it works, whatever it is. Talk like you would to a neighbor who asked a question.

Your Story.

Tell your story, what it is about lawn care you like, why you care for lawns, what your background is. Make it friendly and personal.

Save The Sales Pitch For Last.

After you have given them some content is the form of useful information, and have introduced yourself, then you show them what it is you can do for them.

Then and only then do you get to the part where you ask them to buy from you.
